Denny Hamlin said that the car was at its best throughout the day and it was simply unbelievable for him. They had kept themselves in a position so that they could win the race. It was a nice job done by pit crew who initially found me out of the pit road, which was done in Lap no 343 on the last pit stop. It was main reason to his success. On Saturday, Kurt Busch had completed third after Juan Pablo Montoya and Jeff Gordon. Another top leader on the top 10 list was Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Ryan Newman, Jeff Burton and Brian Vickers.
Up to 110 laps, Gordon managed to lead the race, but he lost his winning chances during lap 340 and missed the entrance of pit road. He actually had revisited on Lap 341 to the pits. He was the only person who got entrapped on pit road, especially while in Turn 2 Joey Logano made a spun. However, Hamlin the leader of the race was beaten by Gordon, during the start and finish line with caution and he managed to stay on the lead. When 20 laps were left, he restarted at 12th position and finished with a good recovery along with staying at 4th position.
Johnson has obliged that while the Lap number 180 was going on at that time, there was no fault from his side.
